3. Booking and Payment

4.3 Compliance: The client must ensure venue permits, legal permissions, and compliance with local laws where applicable.
5. Liability
5.1 Event Outcome: While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on third parties or external circumstances.
5.2 Damage: Acasa Weddings is not responsible for damages or losses caused by guests, vendors, or unforeseen situations.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Content Ownership: Photos, videos, and content created for the event may be used by Acasa Weddings for promotional purposes, unless explicitly restricted by the client.
6.2 Client Materials: Any materials provided by the client will remain their property.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Telangana.
7.2 Resolution Process: In case of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution before seeking legal remedies.
